We have been attending this church since late 2008 after spending months looking for a church we could feel at home in. We found the people here friendly, open and genuine which is a rare quality these days. One thing that lacks in many churches these days is transparency. Business meetings are open and participation by the congregation is encouraged. What strikes me in particular is the accessibility of the leadership. If you need an ear or advise or someone who will just listen, the pastor and/or other great people are available and can render Godly council. I have not detected a "human" agenda here. The only agenda here is that Christ is preached. One thing this church has is a live and vibrant youth program with a youth pastor who has a heart for the young and is gifted with the ability to connect to them on their level. There are plenty of activities for the adults as well such as home study fellowships. There is a men's study which is informal and lead by the pastor which can lead to some in depth conversation. The ladies also have such a study. We've been to many churches in the area since we moved here, but honestly since we came here, we have had no need to look further.
