My wife and I have had the chance to visit Willow on multiple occasions and have absolutely loved each visit. Pastor Hybels has biblically based content in all his sermons that is convicting and inspiring. The church is a wonderful environment for families of all shapes and sizes. They offer great programs for kids and adults and different ministries to serve in. They do an amazing job of reaching out to the community and helping those in need. They also host the Leadership Summit year in early August. I highly recommend it...it's the best leadership training sessions I've ever been to.
